Party Animals is a series of cards and stickers that I started because I really like to create special birthday gifts. I always create my own birthday cards and this series is a product of that. I wanted these series to be fun, colorful, and a bit silly so they will put a smile on someone's face. To make the colors on the cards pop. I decided to print them with the Riso printer.
A Riso printer works in one color at a time, and can only read gray tones. I used three layers of color for each card. For the goats, I used a blue layer, a pink layer, and a yellow layer. I used pink and yellow to create a bright orange.

After creating the card I decided to have some more fun with the designs and created several stickers. I used the same color pallet for the goat and the sloth and switched around the colors to create a different version. I also created a sticker sheet because I had never done that before and wanted to experience making one.
